Our hypnotherapy for weight-loss programme runs for 4 – 5 weeks consisting of one session per week.
So, here is a basic overview of how it will work:
we put the body into a relaxed state of mind, so we can talk and install new programs into the subconscious mind.
Society seems to have forgotten why we eat, and far too often, we are feeding emotions and acting out of habits rather than being in-tune with our bodies and simply eating for survival.
The caveman did not have the option to reward himself with chocolates and eat just for the sake of eating, he ate healthily and wisely in order to give him the survival structure to become a good hunter gatherer. Lets face it, the caveman never focussed on times to eat! he would eat when his body needed him to eat for strength, stamina and health.
Hypnotherapy connects the mind and body and trains them to work together instead of against each other. Over the 5 weeks programme, you will begin to take control of your mind, thoughts and feelings. This has helped many people feel positive and confident.
